This project consist of the renovation of an apartment building with 21 existing homes and an addition to the building with 7 new homes in two new floors. The new addition is stylistically juxtaposing the existing facade, adding another layer to the building.
As an employee for Laurens Boodt, Arvid and Laurens worked on this in collaboration with a structural engineer. By detailing they were able to determine the pennant width and other specific details to achieve a high aesthetic quality.
