The transformation of the Campina Milk Factory transforms a derelict and vacant building into a beating heart for the new district of 'De Caai'. The building will contain office spaces, restaurants and space for small and innovative entrepreneurs.
Wherever possible, details that tell the story of the original use remain recognisable. Characteristics are kept as much as possible and sometimes even renewed. The characteristic stainless steel stairs, which are designed by Niels and Arvid reused or designed in a similar industrial style.
